Arch Beams – Arch beams are very impressive by nature. If your project doesn’t call for the arch beam to be structural, but you want to achieve that certain look, Bella Beams can help you with that. We manufacture arched beams to any radius or configuration desired, for a fraction of the cost!

Beams – Bella Beams are kilned dried and thus contain an exceptionally low moisture content, they are very unlikely to twist, crack or split as traditional solid-wood beams most often do. While most of our clients choose our standard sizes and distress levels, we can achieve the most aesthetically pleasing look for you. If your project calls for a clean contemporary look to a rustic old world or reclaimed barn look, Bella Beams can help you achieve that look. Bella Beams has manufactured specialty beams as large as 24"wide x 30"tall x 40' feet long in one piece. All special orders are done at the client’s request,

Exposed Trusses – Truss systems, if structural, are very expensive, heavy and difficult to install. The Bella Beam exposed truss system is lightweight and easy enough for two people to install. In addition, Bella Beam exposed trusses are already prefinished. There will be no time wasted on having to sand or disguise those unsightly strap marks or damage from installation.

Planking – Planking adds ambience and charm to any room with Bella Beam hand scraped, real wood planking. We offer three different sizes to choose from, or you can mix it up for that more authentic look of randomly, handpicked boards.

Posts – Hide that unsightly steel support post with a Bella Beam wood post. Our post is manufactured with one removable side for ease of installation. Nobody will ever know it's not a real solid supporting timber.

Corbels – Our corbels are specifically designed for our beams by our team of designers. Each corbel is correctly proportioned to fit the size of the beam. Although Bella Beam has many corbel styles, our most popular corbel continues to be our signature hand carved Rams Head corbel.

Fireplace Mantel – The Bella Beam mantel will give you that old look of timber that adds warmth to any fireplace. Bella Beam offers mantels in a variety of ways, with or without corbels, double stacked, even a decorative mantel with each end being shaped in the design of a corbel. We can even manufacture a curved mantel for those beehive fireplaces!

Bella Beams are handcrafted from real wood planks and finished in furniture-quality elegance. Hollow inside and very light weight, these non-structural beams slip over structural beams, or can be installed by themselves with little or no engineering requirements. Since Bella Beams are kilned dried and thus contain an exceptionally low moisture content, they are very unlikely to twist, crack or split as traditional solid-wood beams most often do.

Remarkable Furniture-Quality Finishes.

The finish on our beams is on par with fine handcrafted furniture and cabinetry. To us, the finish is everything. In fact, we use a specially formulated multi-layered process that's exclusive to Bella Beams. We hand apply and hand rub up to ten layers of various finishing products onto each beam revealing both the subtle and the substantial essence of quality in each piece of wood.
